About me
My name is Michael Tschallener – known as MICHEL.
I was born on 22 February 1983 in Kitzbühel. I grew up in Aurach near Kitzbühel and have been living in Kirchberg with my family since 2006.
Since the age of 18, I have spent every winter season working in ski rental.
With my company “SPORTS KIRCHBERG”, my goal is to introduce holiday guests in the Kitzbühel Alps to alpine winter sports and provide them with a stress-free start to their holiday through my services.
In the winter season 2019/2020, I fulfilled my dream and started my own business with the support of my family!
To be perfectly prepared, I completed the training to become a certified ski binding technician in November 2019.

I used Michel for the first time last week in Austria because it was more convenient than travelling in to town during ski shop hours to hire skis and boots.
Not only was Michel with us within 1 hour of calling, he was really friendly! His van is fully kitted out and contains everything you could need, we even got some schnapps whilst we waited.
The Skis were some of the best on the market and a lot cheaper than the usual hire shops.
Michel even collected the equipment from our hotel once we had left to save us lugging it to a shop.
Can’t recommend him enough, don’t know why anyone would choose a traditional shop over this mobile service.
